RSA ID number issue

I want to register for a payu wallet but I need RSA ID number to proceed with the registration

Olasunkanmi Adeoye‌ - I don't think "RSA ID" is referring to RSA the company. I believe this is referring to ID used in South Africa (Republic of South Africa).

You need to contact PayU and ask about it.  RSA as a company doesn't handle anything with 'PayU and the PayU users', but PayU may be using RSA authenticators and you need to have one set up for you.

I suspect RSA ID for PayU is not RSA authentication at all, rather, it is a regional identification a bit like a social security number...or South African ID number Decoding your South African ID number | Western Cape Government
