RSA Secur ID email notification
Dears;
We tried to configure email notification from cloud authentication service (company settings > email notifications) to send emails for any device registration or deletion.
administrator guide mention that we need to configure from email address and check box for required option, but no email received by user.
Any help to solve this issue.

HI Mohammad - assuming you also published your change this should work. Did you fail with multiple users? Try testing with an alternative (non-corporate) email address destination?
If no luck, I would recommend opening a support case so that we can investigate further.
