Hi All.
One of our customer using RSA AM 8.5 and Cloud authentication. We are using user id attribute as "mail" as the users are familiar only with mail id's. For Self service console and O365 authentication it is working fine.
Now we installed RSA windows agents 7.4 in a pc and tested with secureid, while testing in RSA control center it is working fine.
But when the user tries to logout and login, he tries his user id as mail id and rsa passcode, getting validation failed and in logs I can see "unable to resover user by login id and/ or alias, or authenticator not assigned to user" and shows the userid as userid.
I need to authenticate using mail id how to configure that for windows agent. Kindly suggest.
