RSA Securid access with Oracle EBS
We have deployed Oracle EBS with RSA secure id access. We have deployed identity router in our premises and integrated with RSA authentication manager. Users access the SSO portal enabled in the identity router. The access policy is configured to authenticate the users with AD username and password. Following that, the users are logged in to the SSO portal. On clicking the Oracle EBS link, the user is prompted to enter the passcode. For new users, the user needs to set a new pin, however, new users are not being prompted to set a new pin. As a result, the users are not able to authenticate. In the cloud console--user event monitor, i can see this event 603 "RSA SecurID user authentication - Requires new PIN". Please advise
RSA Authentication Manger version - 8.3
Thanks,
Dijesh

I just tested an HFED application with SecurID token in new pin mode. Worked for me.
Was prompted for new PIN and then passcode using new PIN.
So this concept does generally work. Your support contact will work with you on your particular situation.
Thanks,
Ted

Hi Dijesh - it's probably best to follow up with your support case owner but out of curiosity are you saying that user is never prompted after submitting their tokencode?
Showing screen shots of user experience would be helpful.

If you are able to choose SecurID in an assurance level then you should be all set.
