I'm trying to download RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.2 Downloads for Microsoft Windows

Issue is all links seem to point to an ftp.emc.com path that doesn't actually exist

ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/tokens/RSASecurIDSoftwareToken5.0.2x64.zip

Does anyone know an alternative location for download please?

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Suite" data-type="space‌ space so it is seen by others who use the product.  Using Chrome, I clicked on the link in your post to ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/tokens/RSASecurIDSoftwareToken5.0.2x64.zip). The download started, as seen by this popup in my status bar:

Do you get any sort of error message displaying?  What browser are you using?

Hi Gareth,

I just clicked on the link above (ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/tokens/RSASecurIDSoftwareToken5.0.2x64.zip) and was able to download the file without issue.  See the screenshot below.

Could you please try again and let me know if you're seeing a specific error when you hit the link?  Also, would you mind trying another browser just in case the issue you're having is with your browser client?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the speedy reply. I’m in second day of a contract, and it’s possibly/probably due to network lockdown on this end. I’m still getting the same response here, Chrome, IE, Bing, doesn’t matter which one.

I’ll try again when I get home tonight, where I’m dealing with known quantities. Thanks again ☺
