RSA SecurID Software Token with Automation for OSX Freezing/Crashing Frequently
Version 4.1.2.3.
OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.
Leaving the Software Token app open for a short amount of time causes the app to stop responding, eat a lot of CPU time (as if it has entered an infinite loop), or crash entirely.
This is predictable, repeatable, occurs on multiple machines with multiple OS versions across the entire organization I'm involved with.
Is there a reason for this, or a way to solve this besides using a cron script to kill the task if left open?
Thank you.

Hello Jeff,
Kindly be advised that the supported platforms on RSA website are OS X Lion (10.7), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), OS X Mavericks (10.9), OS X Yosemite (10.10).
So please check if the issue is happening on any of the mentioned platforms as well or not. And also try to uninstall the app and install it again. And after that use this KBA 000013786 in order to debug logging on the software token.
So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
Best Regards,

Any plans for an updated version supporting the latest OS X (MacOS) versions? As mentioned here, the last "supported" version is Yosemite which is now 2 years old. In the mean time Apple released El Capitain last year and now Sierra.
