RSA Security Console, dont show login type with "passcode"

Estimates, today after login in RSA Security Console, dont show login type with "passcode", only show "Pasword", now i dont can create new user and create PIN,

Dont show combo box with login passcode option:

If try with url console-selfservice/ found but that dont the tradictional login

Use the Security Console HELP menu and search for authentication methods, it shows how to set and change login options.
