RSA Token Profile for Dell Wyse Clients with Imprivata Onesign

Anybody have experience with Dell Wyse Devices using Imprivata Onesign as broker? Getting authentication errors and I'm wondering if we need to create a different token profile to get this up and running. 

Currently trying to use software token with no pin and it just keeps giving errors. 

Action Result Key:		Failure
	Result Key:		AUTHN_METHOD_FAILED_SYNTAX_ERROR
	Result:		Authentication method failed, passcode format error

Token profile need to be created for sure, and while distributing tokens for any user you need to pick the relevant token profile which you would like this user to use,

What is the connector that you are using to integrate with DELL Wyse, are you using SecurID or RADIUS?
