RSA Token Seed Update
I had received a token seed CD and proceeded to update the RSA Server with it. I noticed I had around 18 licences free before I ran the update and now I have 2 free.
Is there any way in which I can retrieve these licences that have disappeared. I am not sure if we have a backup.

You are quite welcome.
Licenses are licenses and token seeds are token seeds. You can have an active user limit of 1,000 users but have a million tokens in your database and a million users.
The active user value in the database is only changed when you assign a hardware token, software token and/or a fixed passcode token to a user. An active user is anyone that has one of these authenticators assigned. Users can have multiple authenticators assigned, but is only considered to be one active user.
Please let us know what the resolution is when you find it.
