RSA Web Tier not working for mobile devices.

Our web tier doesn't support connections from mobile devices.  We have a rba deployment configuration with our ASA but the mobile devices are not able to access the page but windows and mac devices work fine.  Is there a limitation or additional config needed to support mobile devices like iPad or other mobile OS's.

Could be related to the ssl certificate strength and IOS devices not wanting to connect unless the

certificate is at least sha256...

I don’t think so but I need to investigate. The certificate was purchased through go daddy.
