Hi @yannickneault et al,

I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration around accessing the product downloads.  As you're aware, the website has very recently migrated platforms and unfortunately there have been unforeseen issues that cropped up that were not experienced in our development environment.  We are treating these issues with the highest priority and are working around the clock to get them resolved as urgently as possible.

If you encounter any other issues with the RSA Link website, please don't hesitate to report them on the RSA Link Support Forum, which my team is monitoring closely.

Regarding the downloads, we have fixed the issue with the RSA Authentication Manager Downloads and they are now displaying correctly on the following page:  https://community.rsa.com/t5/rsa-authentication-manager/tkb-p/authentication-manager-downloads

We are still working on the RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service Downloads page but until the issues on that page are fully rectified you can view all of those downloads using this page.

In addition, the search functionality on the website is working as expected so you can leverage the search bar on the RSA SecurID Access page (or the global search by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the header) to find what you need.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and partnership as we resolve the issues and make this website as intuitive and accessible as possible for our users.

Thanks!

Having the same issues.  It won't even let me make a case to tell them the site is not working correctly.
