Jump to solution

Hello!

Is there a way to view the users who provisioned their mobile authentication app from the CAS console?

Thanks...

Hi Hassan Mehsen‌ - yes, you can view an individual user  or run a user report to see all of your users and their registered devices.

Hope that helps,

Ted

Hassan Mehsen You are correct, you can also see a user's registered device in the AM Security Console Dashboard.

Thanks,

Ted

Hassan Mehsen‌ - Please see Cloud Administration Console Dashboard for what the Admin Console dashboard provides.

Also see Cloud Authentication Service Help - TOC for all administrative features.

Thanks,

Ted

Ted Barbour‌, As per the deployment setup status, publishing status of configuration changes, the validity of domain certificates, component status, number of protected resources, and a graph of identity router activity.

Its not mentioning anything regarding the user's registered device, does that means the cloud console dashboard does not have such capabilities.

Thanks,

HM

Correct, in the Cloud Admin Console you can see registered devices as I described earlier in this thread (1st reply).

Thanks,

Ted
