The issues we are having is that our Secure ID software shows via quick view on Windows 10 but the window does not pop up. I have tried moving it but those controls are grayed out. I have also tried removing screens(it's multiply display pc's), re arranging them or even undocking the laptop but still the window is missing.
The only fix so far I can find is to remove and reinstall the software but doing this every time is really a work around not a fix.
Has anyone else seen or been effected by this and what did you do to correct?
