SecureID Upgrade to 8.5 SP2

We are currently at 8.4 SP13 and we wish to upgrade to 8.5 SP2.  Is the upgrade path to go from 8.4 SP13 to 8.5 and then from 8.5 to 8.5 SP2 or can we upgrade directly from 8.5 to 8.5 SP2. Also, we have an Identity Router, will that have to be re-configured as well.

You cannot go directly from 8.4x to 8.5 patch 2. You would first upgrade to 8.5 and then update 8.5 to patch 2. I can't speak for the Identity Router as I am not familiar with it.
