securid custom email notification

Hi,

RSA SecurID authentication manager 8.1 provides email notification for workflow participants (requester, token approver and Token Distributor).

We would like to send this notification for the requester's direct manager mail id.

Need the variable to get the direct manager mail id.

So is there a guide for custom email notification templete? Or Is there a way to achieve above scenario?

Natarajan,

Currently only workflow participants receive the emails about token requests.  The functionality that you are requesting is not available with Authentication Manager 8.1. 

Please contact RSA Support to open a request for enhancement (RFE) that will be presented to Product Management for possible inclusion in a later release of the product.  Note that an RFE does not mean that the functionality is guaranteed to be included.
