SecurID-Microsoft CRM ON_PREMISE

Hello,

We have Microsoft CRM 2016 on premise and we would like to integrate it with our IDR , i was checking the RSA Ready page its only mentioning the integration of the CRM online one.

Could you please advise if CRM 2016 on premise can be integrated with our IDR?

Hi Hassan Mehsen‌ - Really need to know how authentication works with the on-prem version.

If the on-prem version supports SAML then it should make no difference (cloud vs on-prem).

If that's not the case, then maybe the appropriate RSA Authentication Agent for Web makes sense.

Hope that helps,

Ted

My advise is to choose a CRM consultant that includes built-in forms. This is why. Any time you make a modification to the form, you'll need to make updates to the fields in CRM as well. I'm not sure about Zoho, but I know that in Bitrix24, when you build a website form, the associated CRM entity's fields are automatically inserted (usually lead or contact). You won't have to do the same job twice this way.

In terms of CRM tasks and projects. Bitrix24 has that built-in, Zoho CRM interacts easily with Zoho Projects (you'll have to pay for both individually), and Insightly and AgileCRM have tasks and CRM built-in as well.
