I think you are looking for the RSA Download Central Software/License Verification page.  Simply follow the steps for either the single site or multiple site instructions.

Hello

My issue was related to licensing. Please close my ticket. I had to contact the Licensing group and another member from our company was able to download the tokens. By the way, the documents provided were fine it was easy to follow.
