Send token request notification to ITIL platform
I've been looking to streamline some tasks on our service desk by sending token requests directly to our ITIL platform instead of directly to admin. Looking at the below article, it seems that the only way to send notifications are to add a "user" to the request approver or token distributor admin role. I feel this is a bit overkill for a mailbox to have approval rights when it's meant to simply ingest notifications.
Any recommendations from the community to set up token requests that can be sent to a specific email address? My thought right now is to create a custom admin role that only has "view" access to provisioning requests but would need to incorporate this to the workflow to have the notification kick-off.
