Sending VPN users report through email
Hi Team,
I need your help on sending list of VPN users through automatic email from RSA console.
we are using RSA Authentication Manager console for VPN access in my organization.
We have option to schedule reports, but not able to see any option to email those completed scheduled reports as an attachment to some list of people.
Could you please advise me, how can I do that?
Thanks
Venkat

Venkat G,
I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support" data-type="space page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
Regards,
Erica

RSA Authentication Manager can send emails to notify when a scheduled report is completed and ready to view, but due to security constraints, it cannot send the actual report output from the system to a destination. The ability to send report output has been an open feature request, but no decision has yet been made how to send report output via email and also make it secure. An administrator will need to log into the Security Console to access completed report output.

Hi..Thank you for your information.
I want to send all VPN users list automatically to some recipients through email.
Could you please let me know details below?
1)Does recipient can see the report in CSV format, without logging on to RSA console?
2)If yes, could you please let me know how can we do that?
3)If they have to login to RSA console to view the report, what parameter I need to select to grant access to that particular report only?
Thanks

No. The administrator would need to login to the Security Console as was mentioned above.
2) If yes, could you please let me know how can we do that?
You could create a program to do this, but it is not built-in to the product due to the above mentioned security concerns.
3) If they have to login to RSA console to view the report, what parameter I need to select to grant access to that particular report only?
This can be accomplished using Security Domains. Reports are scoped by the Security Domain in which they're created. Administrators with roles that include access to the report's Security Domain will be able to access the report.
