Server error 500 logging on to access.rsavia.com

Trying to log on to https://access.rsavia.com and keep getting a server error 500. If I try to log on with an invalid password, it does tell me that authentication failed. Can you tell me why I am getting an error 500 or how I can get it resolved?

I would recommend that you open a support case so that this can be further investigated.

Hi Bill - The correct URL is https://access.securid.com.  Can you try that and let us know your result?

I tried https://access.securid.com and got the same error. Note that I have two IDs - one for PreProd testing and one for Production SSO applications. The Production ID works fine. It is just the preprod ID that fails and it also fails for the other SuperAdmin that is normally involved in setting up our SSO apps.
