SMS transmission failure

Gents,

 

We have a critical issue in our business, seems that our ODA authentication is not working anymore. We see in System activity monitor: "SMS Transmission failure".

Do you know what can be the root cause of this?

enable debug tracing

and look at the file /opt/rsa/am/server/logs/imsTrace.log for clues

 

[security console, setup, system settings, logging, set trace log = verbose, save it]

 

*be sure to unset debug level (verbose) when not troubleshooting so you don't have endlessly huge logs
