Software Token Import on iOS in Gmail
Our organization is encountering an issue when attempting to import an RSA software token, sent via email, containing a CTKIP activation link and being accessed from the Google Gmail mail app on the device. The email is generated by the AMPrime HDAP portal.
In Gmail, the CTKIP URL field says "Click here to activate your token" but it is not a clickable hyperlink. The text is not underlined corroborating that it is not a hyperlink. Below it is a Base URL field that does contain a clickable hyperlink.
Looking over the AMPrime notification logs, I can see that the URL is inserted:
<a href="com.rsa.securid://ctkip?url=https://REMOVED"> Click here to activate your token</a>
Is there a workaround for this behavior?
Thanks
