We are trying upload the Authentication Manager 8.2 iso and we have setup the windows share path to point to server to grab that iso. We tested the connection and it passed. When went to scan for updates it did not detect the iso. When I checked the advance status view i noticed that there was this error in the screen capture below.
How do we resolved this error and get the update detected by RSA and installed.
Just for fun i moved the 8.2 patch that was just releasesd and it did detect that iso.
Please Advise.
