SQL: get an email notification when the Archer table crosses a certain threshold

We have some issues with db migrations causing the queuing service to get backed up and we ended up with millions of queued records that weren’t getting indexed for Archer’s search function. We’d like to find a way to monitor the size of the search queue table so if something like this happens again we can act on it sooner.

Btw, I think this topic is in a bit wrong place, it supposed to be under Archer, not SecureID.
