SSO Agent - Access Application Portal

Hello everyone,

I thank in advance who can help me.

I configured on CAS the Protected Applications:

how can the user access the login page to access applications?

I tried the page https://IDR_FQDN/WebPortal but I get this error from the browser: "This page does not redirect correctly".

For testing i used the two interface of IDR on the same subnet, so the mgmt have address 192.168.5.202 and the portal interface have address 192.168.5.203.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello Hertz,

To access the SSO portal you should browse the proxy interface IP address and not the management one.

If you are already doing this, check if the SSO Agent is enabled on the cluster which you are using, by going to Platform>Clusters.

i checked if the SSO Agent was enabled on the cluster, and it was active.

When i point the browser on proxy interface IP i get a redirect to the management interface:
