Still prompt for AD password on bad PIN

Jump to solution

Hi,

Connecting via RADUIS - Is there a way to have RADUS/Authentication Manager still prompt for an AD password when a user enters the wrong PIN+CODE so they would not know if it was the PIN or the Password that was incorrect when denied?

Thanks

@Scoobydoo,

The authentication process is that the agent passes the user ID and passcode to the server for authentication. If that fails, an access denied is passed back to the end user and that transaction is complete. There is no process to then prompt for the AD password.  You could post your suggestion to the SecurID Idea Exchange to let product management know your suggestion.
