Subscription SW token expiration date

Hello Guys;

We noticed that once we activate Subscription SW token validity for 3 years, the expiration date will be at December 2035 on both SW token mobile application and Security console.

Could you help us to get a clarification for this behavior, and how we can fix this.

Regards;

Mohammad Ennab

The current state of subscription tokens you see is not an error. They will not expire on the system until 2035. By the time your 3-year agreement expires it is expected that the AM system will be able to notify you of the paid-for expire date soon to arrive, but as it stands, there is not an error, and they will not stop working until 2035 in the current patch version of Authentication Manager.

Hi Edward;

Thanks for your update.

if tokens will not stop working until 2035 and AM will notify end user after three years for payment for expire date (this is only a notification, which can be neglect by user).

how we can convince end-user after three years that he need to renew maintenance support and pay for Subscription tokens which still not expire and working normally.
