Support Case - how to change status?
I wonder, how can customer change a status on Support Case? I still have there Pending Submitter Response.
But i called the support and provide update, i put note in to case directly, updated severity. But i just cannot find way to change the status.
On side note, email updates i send as response to support agent, are not populated on case / portal. Neither mine or sent by RSA Suppoort.
I dont think i ever came across this type of customer case management. Thank you!
