System Activity Monitor - Directory Access Failure
Hello,
I just recently added a new RSA AM to a deployment. The attachment went fine, however when monitoring System Activity Monitor, I saw Directory access Failure errors for my newly added AM. Any thoughts why that's the case and how to fix it?
Thanks

I have a few things for you to try:
- In the Operations Console of your primary go to Deployment Configuration > Identity Sources > Manage Existing. and click the drop down next to the identity source and click Edit. Test the connection of your LDAP directory server(s). Are they successful? Repeat this test for the replica. Is it successful?
- On the Operations Console Home tab is a link to flush cache. Please run the option to flush all cached objects.
- Also in the Operations Console, is replication healthy between your servers?
- Can you reboot your Authentication Manager primary and all replicas then see if you still have the directory access failure messages?
Best regards,
Erica

No, flushing cache does not interrupt RSA services including authentication and replication.
