TokenConverter download

Hello,

I'm trying to download the tokenconverter but the link isnt't working at all: ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/tokenconverter310.zip.

What can I do?

I searched everywhere in the internet to download it but almost all pages are redirecting the stuff to indicated link.

Which version of Authentication Manager are you using and how do you plan to distribute tokens to your end users?

Depending on the version you do not need the token converter app.

For me, the download link as mentioned on the Product Page works OK:

ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/agents/tokenconverter310.zip

Initially, my pop up blocker was preventing the download from starting, so perhaps that's causing the issue for you as well? If needed, I can store the file elsewhere (you can always check its integrity using the mentioned SHA hash keys.

That link no longer works for me - I just get a 404 back. Is it still possible to download the token converter app?

We are aware of issues with FTP downloads and are tracking them in RSALINK-4207.

I hope to have a resolution shortly.

Hello Erica,

Thank you for sharing the Jira link - unfortunately it looks like that's not a public link as I can't navigate to it. Is there a way I can be notified once the FTP issue is resolved? I'm keen to get the converter so I can load my RSA token on my Android device.

All, 

The token downloads are in the process of being restored.   The RSA SecurID Software Token Converter 3.1 Downloads and the RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.2 Downloads for Microsoft Windows are now available.   More files are coming on line currently.
