Unable to access Downloads page

** SORRY POSTING THIS AGAIN AS I'VE NOT HAD A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AT RSA **

Hello,

I am unable to access the downloads page and am getting an 'Access Denied' message.

Please can access be granted so I can download the latest version of the Authentication Manager. I did try to log a support case but was presented with a screen saying there was errors, although I had filled out all relevant mandatory fields.

Please refer to the article Frequently Asked Questions about the SecurID Community - SecurID Community - 564365 in which the issues related to Downloads are discussed. It also contains the appropriate contact to reach out to in case the issue still persists.

You posted this to the RSA Access Manager product which is in EOPS and is not monitored.  I will try to move this to SecurID group where it gets more viability.
