When I registered I did not select "I am a customer or partner". I need to re-register as a customer or partner and according to the email I should be able to do so. So I go back to the registration portal and check the box for "I am a customer or partner" and enter my serial number as required. But after clicking on Continue I keep getting "Our records show that this email is already registered for the selected Community. Please click Here to recover your password."
