Unsuccessful connection to RSA SecurID Access
Hi all,
I'm currently setting up SecurID authentication on an Active Directory domain for the first time.
I'm receiving the following error when testing authentication with the agent on a user account on a workstation that has the agent installed.
I've tried to troubleshoot it with no success.
I've checked that I have:
- The correct certificate installed on my user machine.
- The correct group policy configurations set up.
- My user accounts from AD are imported and linked in security console, and domain mapping is working fine.
- Network connectivity between the Auth manager and the rest of the domain is working fine, so is DNS.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to get the agent to connect correctly to the Authentication Manager?
Thanks!

Thank you for posting about your connection issue with the MFA Agent for Microsoft Windows. To help you troubleshoot the error, we would need to see logs and have you do some additional testing. In order to do this, please open a support case and a technical support engineer can assist you.
