Troy Griffin‌,

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners.  Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access‌ and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Regards,

Erica

Troy Griffin‌ - Yes but I would suggest waiting to upgrade unless you only have a single Authentication Manager instance. There is a recently discovered issue with replication post-upgrade that will be resolved by a hotfix in the next couple of weeks and a new upgrade ISO after that.

If you don't want to wait please open a support case and we can guide you through a workaround.

Thanks,

Ted

Hi Ted,

Thanks for the additional info. We are singe instance right now, and are planning to upgrade later in September anyway in conjunction with a Citrix upgrade.

Troy

Ok you should be all set to do your upgrade whenever you are ready.

Thanks,

Ted

P.S. The download site https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-112918 now has the info I provided above.
