Upgrade from RSA Authentication Agent API for Java from 8.1 to 8.6

Jump to solution

Dear madam,sir,

We are currently using the below software for development

1) RSA Authentication Agent 7.0 for Windows (7.0.2.36)

2) RSA Authentication Manager 2.1 SP4 (7.1.0)

3) RSA Authentication Agent API for Java 8.1

Is there any impact if we upgrade the RSA Authentication Agent API for Java from 8.1 to 8.6 ?

Thank you very much

Hi Tenny,

The RSA Authentication Manager Server (7.1) and Agent (7.0) are no longer supported.

RSA cannot guarantee the functionality of RSA SecurID Authentication API for Java 8.6 with unsupported AM Server and agent versions.

Please review the supported versions of RSA SecurID products below:

Product Version Life Cycle for RSA SecurID Access

Please open a support case should you require any AM Server migration assistance.

For your information, there is a migration path from AM7.1 SP4 to AM 8.1.

Please consult with the documentation available in the RSALink portal:

https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/authentication-manager/previous-versions#81

Please contact RSA Customer Support should you require any specific upgrade assistance.

Thanks,

Moses
