Upgrade RSA authentication manager from 8.3 to 8.4
Hi, Our current RSA authentication manager is version 8.3.0.0.
Question: Is there any patch I need to do before I upgrade it to 8.4.
And also can I directly upgrade to 8.4 Patch 7 without going through Patch 1-7?

Hi,
You can directly apply 8.4 on 8.3 but if you are planning the do it through browser then you need to apply 8.3 patch 6 which has a fix to allow browser to handle file more than 2 gb. However, if you use Windows shared folder or NFS to apply 8.4 upgrade then you can do it directly on 8.3.
Also, to answer second question, please note that RSA AM patches are cumulative, therefore you can directly apply patch 7 on top of 8.4 which has all the fixes from patch 1 to 6.
Thanks.
