Upgrade to RSA SecureID v8.3 from 8.2 SP1 P7?

Can we upgrade to RSA SecureID v8.3 version from v8.2 SP1 P7, or do we need to apply v8.2 SP1 P8 and then move to v8.3?

8.3 is direct from 8.2 sp1 patch [any].
