upgrade to V8.3
Our Customer have now V8.2 SP1 Patch 6 or Patch7 installed. We want to update zu V8.3. The manuel says: RSAAuthentication Manager 8.3 includes thesoftwarefixes in thecumulativePatch 5 for version 8.2 SP1. Applying version 8.3 removes anysoftwarefixes thatarenotincluded in thecumulativePatch 5 for version 8.2 SP1, with theexception of anyfixes fromPatches 6 and 7 thatarelisted in theRSASecurIDAccess Release Notes for RSA Authentication Manager and theCloud Authentication Service. You mustapplyversion 8.3 patches toobtain all of thefixes in Patches 6 and 7.
When we update to V8.3 is there any Patch available that replace the V8.2 SP1 Patch 6, 7 and 8?
If not, is update to V8.2 SP1 Patch8 recomended or to V8.3 ??
Thanks

If you can wait for 8.3 patch 1, then go to 8.2 sp1 patch 08 now, for the most up to date security fixes.
Then when 8.3 patch 1 comes out....upgrade to 8.3 and then 8.3 patch 1. Not only will you be current to 8.2 sp1 p08 fixes, but also there are more fixes in-line that only 8.3 patch 1 will have. Then, 8.3 patch 1 will be most current.
