I am going to upgrade RSA securID server from 8.1 to 8.2 patch2 at weekend. When I upgrade RSA securID server, am I have to update client agent ?

You do not need to upgrade the agents...if an agent works with 8.1 it will work with 8.2.
And, if the name and IP of the RSA servers are not changing, you won't need to reconfigure
anything on the agent side.
