Upgrading from Authentication Manager 8.1sp1 to 8.2

Hi Support,

We are in the process of bringing our customers authentication manager up to date and have been unable to locate the download for v8.2. We can find 8.2 patches 1 - 5.

The client was initially running Authentication Manager 8.0 and the upgrade path that we have been given is AM 8.0 > AM 8.1 > AM 8.1 SP1 > AM 8.2 > AM 8.2 SP1 > AM 8.2 SP1 P02.

We have the Virtual Appliance upgraded to 8.1sp1 and are looking for the download to take us to the next step. Where can we find the download for AM8.2?

Please find a KB article 000034558 to download AM 8.x update patches and full kits via Download Central.

You should be able to find Update Patches in Archive Tab prior to the RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Service Pack 1.
