User Licenses Not Exported
Hello,
When I exported RSA server 6 to RSA 8, one thing that did not get exported where the user licenses. On the old server I have 45 user licenses and 30 users, not sure how I have more licenses than users but I do.
On the new server there are only 10 user licenses and of course I'm getting the warnings license limit. Wondering if the 10 users on new server is just a default number that come with the Server?
Any ideas on get the user licenses to the new server?

You can have 1000 users on a ten user license, and 1000 tokens, but only ten users at a time can have
something assigned to them so they can login somewhere. Anyhow, if you converted your 6.1 license to 8.1 then the 8.1 license should have the same number of 'active user limit'. 8.1 has no default, there is an eval license which has a short lifetime, this is 100,000 users...then there is the license you paid for which is 'whatever' number of users you purchased.
To straighten it all out you need to open a case with RSA for 'license seed response' and they can sort through purchase order history and see what you should have, and they can set up the correct license download.
