Using MFA with RDP but not with Windows login
I want MFA for RDP between computers. I got that to work, but it also turns on MFA for Windows login, which I don't want.
Is there a GPO setting I need to tweak?

There are plenty of GPOs available with the RAC (RSA Authentication Client).
I'm quite sure you'll find your answer...
search for ex, RSA_GPO_AuthAgent_7.4.5
RSA_Authentication_Agent_RdpFilter.admx
...

I am not using RSA Authentication Client. I am using the MFA client. Are you saying I can implement RAC GPOs with the MFA client?

You should check the GPOs provided by the RAC, as they provide los of possibilities... event for MFA.
