Veeam backup cut replication btw primary and replica

Hello Guys,

There are any best practice about backup authentication manager VM with Veeam because when veeam make a backup the replication is broken btw primary and replica with a message below :

Attention!  The following critical system event occurred: The replica instance on host xxxxxxxxxx has changed from a desirable state to an undesirable state. The current replication status is OFFLINE. To troubleshoot this issue, see the Operations Console Help for instructions on downloading troubleshooting files.

it's possible to add vmware tools on RSA authentication manager to resolve this issue ?

Hi Ange,

We will probably need more information on the specific use case with which you are having a problem.

It's not clear which Veeam product you are attempting to use, but I don't believe that any have been qualified with RSA Authentication Manager. Due to the number and nature of third-party applications, the use of these on the RSA AM appliance is considered to be unsupported and may impact support.

I would recommend that system backups be taken with the mechanisms built-in to Authentication Manager or those provided by VMware that have been qualified for use.
