We would like to use RSA Secure ID internationally with citrix
We would like to use RSA Secure ID with citrix in China and Abu Dhabi , are there any technical or any other problems we may have in doing this. The users in China and Abu Dhabi U.A.E will connect into our network in New York, USA.

Khalid,
You can integrate a Citrix NetScaler as a RADIUS client to any version of Authentication Manager, including latest versions AM 8.1 SP1 P15 or AM 8.2 P1. Users can authenticate with Hardware, software or On Demand TokenCodes (think of it like a single tokencode emailed or texted when you need it instead of constant TokenCodes changing every 60 seconds on something you have like of FOB or SmartPhone). Risk based Authentication, RBA can also be configured with some extra effort.
RSA also has a Citrix StoreFront agent, but this currently only works on Storefront v. 3.0, not 3.5 or 3.6. RBA needs DFA configured on the Storefronts first.
There are also a lot of variations on older Citrix system, such as the Web Server or the pre-NetScaler appliances

Probably, but you'd have to ask Sales for specifics.

kC9GFjHEN2Z1B7g58ni3bNsbNCOoeJAic0rgdU3j8bI= is correct that you should check with your RSA sales rep. Please also review the following article (000027558 - Countries to which RSA SecuriD hardware authenticators can be shipped) that can answer your questions.
