Web-Tier freeze after adding Package and pressing "Next"

Hello,

Who could give me the answer why RSA webtier freeze on wizard after adding Web-Tier Package, typing password and pressing "NEXT ". It freeze and stand there forever. Added attachement.

Since your question relates to installing the RSA Authentication Manager's web tier,  I've  moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space‌ space so it can be seen by a support engineer who works with this product.

Want to add that firewall have been checked, no drops related to RSA Web-tier.

Are you still dealing with a webtier installation package copied via RDP that messed up the filenames ?

[symbol "_", during copy through RDP session changed that symbol to "-"]

Of so, start over 100%, and recopy everything about the webtier installer

using something other than RDP, such as a mapped drive or similar. 

NOTE: at that stage of the install, the web tier has not yet tried anything on the network except looking up

it's own name and IP. It is after the web tier finishes the install, it seems to pause for a minute or two, then

will start sending a lot of traffic to the Primary to complete it's setup, and finally, you will see new windows 

services appear. If it is hanging where you mentioned, something is incorrect with the installer files, permissions,

or the operating system itself.
