what are the source Public IP address range for IDR public IP address

Hello All

 

we wanted to use hardware token for MFA. I have build IDR appliance on VMWare and assign public IP to IDR (netted to second NIC of IDR). 

Network team need source IP address range from which the communication would be establish with IDR public IP and what are the port need be be open .

Hi Sandip - the source IP range to the Identity Router portal IP is totally up to you (i.e. where are your users coming from).  The Cloud Authentication Service (CAS) does not initiate any connections to that IP.

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners.  Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.

 

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.
