What is the most recent RSA Authentication agent for Windows 7 and Windows 10 Enterprise?

I am looking for the most recent Authentication agent for Windows 7, and Windows 10 Enterprise.

I see 7.3.3 but nothing newer. Is this the most recent version?

Yes.  Windows agents also have a build number, a 4th digit, so the version on the RSA Link Web site is 7.3.3[99] or 7 dot 3 dot 3 build 99.  You can see this in the agent - Help - Help About

There is a slightly newer version that includes a offline day invalid proof fix, 7.3.3[114], which has not been through QE testing but has behaved well in customer deployments so far, and you can open a Support case and ask for it.

You are correct that RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.3 for Microsoft Windows is the most recent version of the agent.

According to the RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.3 for Microsoft Windows Installation and Administration Guide, this  agent is supported on the following operating systems:

• Windows 7 SP1, 32-bit and 64-bit, Enterprise and Professional Editions
• Windows 8, , 32-bit and 64-bit, Enterprise and Professional Editions
• Windows Server 2008 SP2, 32-bit and 64-bit, Standard, Enterprise, Data Center and Web Server Editions
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, 64-bit, Standard, Enterprise, Data Center and Web Server Editions 
• Windows Server 2012 R2 SP1, 64-bit, Standard or Data Center editions (Server Core or  Server with Graphical User Interface [GUI] Mode)
• Windows 10
• Windows Server 2016
