Where can I find the download of RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 ???

I looked around at "knowledge.rsasecurity.com" and didn´t find the download. All what I could get was Documentation papers

To download the update from Authentication Manager 8.1-8.2, please go to https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com/rsalinkscoladmin/RSALink.aspx. This page lists all of your registered products.

Once there,

  1. On line with the RSA SID Access Virtual Appliance Asset there is a link under the column heading with the word Upgrade.  Click on this link.
  2. On the upgrade version click on the Download Software page.
  3. Click the RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade link.
  4. Click the RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade V8.2 Link
  5. Click on the link next to the correct download type.
  6. Accept the EULA.
  7. The download will begin.

Dear Erica, thanks a lot.

I have been to the page you mentioned but was confused while seeing only "RSA Authentication Manager Virtual Appliance Version Upgrade V8.2" and we do not have a virtual appliance. Then I started looking around bit didn´t find the appliance upgrade 😉

Uwe is right... downloads are now really confusing and unclear. Also a lot of times (when you finaly find what you are searching for) after click on download link "

The specified request cannot be executed from current Application Pool

" apears 😕

I just tested on my system and was able to download.  What is the URL in the browser just before you get the application pool error and also after clicking on the Download link?  What software download link are you clicking before you see the error?

it's still happening.

I already faced this when I wanted to download something for RSA SA, but in a few days when I tryed it again it worked.

 

But this patch is unreachable for me almost 2 weeks now.

RSA is very to restrict resource for support engineer such as download Origin Install file  RSA 7.1, 8.1, 8.2  ( can download only Patch ) the support engineer must  login with Customer Account to download this resource sometime Customer forgot password when click forget password Customer forgot security question and many time ODA SMS not sent passcode to Customer Phone. 

 

Uwe Klaedtke, if you need RSA 8.2 install file as VM or Appliance  i can provide to you with my share file

seems I put my finger on a weak spot 😉

But thanks to Erica (again) I got now the files I need.

@pakorn: thanks for your offer but as mentioned above I got my files

 

Maybe I am bit old fashioned but since RSA changed the design of the website the navigation get worser than it was on the old site. And the old site wasn´t the best site too
