Where can I find the latest version of RSA Authentication Agent for Windows?

Hi support,

 

We're looking to update RSA Authentication Agent on Windows, but are having trouble identifying the latest version. The most recent version available from the downloads page (RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.3 Downloads for Microsoft Windows ) is displayed simply as 7.3.3, and when we go to install it, we see the full version string of 7.3.3.99. Another document (000033697 - How to troubleshoot and fix most invalid proof and failed to send day data errors on the RSA Authentication … ) makes reference to version 7.3.3 [114]. Is there a place where we can view the changelogs and download the latest version of the agent? The product lifecycle page only lists as far as the minor version (https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-73369#jive_content_id_RSA_Authentication_Agent_for_Microsoft_Windows ).

 

We're using the latest RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 1, in case it pulls from that.

We are waiting on the Link and Quality Engineering teams (and probably Security Team) to coordinate upload of the latest build that has been through QE, 7.3.3[123].  I don't think I'm supposed to publish the SFTP link we keep in Support to this software, but if you open a support case a TSE will send you this link.

Be sure to tell your Sales contact that you had to wait for a major agent fix to be available on Link, so that feedback on this issue can make its way to the right decision makers in RSA.
