where do I find am-update-8.3.0.0.0.zip?

I have a server at version 8.2, and need to upgrade it to 8.3.0.4. But I need 8.3.0.0.0 first where can I download it?

Here is 8.3

Can update any 8.2.1.x.x to 8.3.0.0.0

But if you are on 8.2.0.x.x now, you need 8.2.1.0.0 first
